College of Health Disciplines Launches New Passport. This website will remain active until December 31, 2012.

In September 2011, the College of Health Disciplines at UBC launched the Interprofessional Education Passport. This online tool allowed students to register for and keep track of their interprofessional learning. The College is pleased to present a new and improved online Passport (http://www.passport.chd.ubc.ca) that will better meet the needs of health and human service students and programs at UBC. Login to check out the new system and the wide range of IPE learning opportunities available to students.  

This website (http://www.chd.ubc.ca/interprofessional-education-passport) will remain online until December 31, 2012, but will not accept new registrations. If you currently have an account with this website, please:

1. Login
2. View and print your saved list of Interprofessional Activities
3. Re-enter the points from this website on to the new Passport system (http://www.passport.chd.ubc.ca)
   • You will be e-mailed your login instructions to the new Passport system. This e-mail will provide you with instructions on your NEW login ID.
4. Verify all the points you have entered on this website have been re-entered on the new Passport system (http://www.passport.chd.ubc.ca)
5. Discontinue use of the old passport. Your account will automatically be disabled on December 31, 2012.
